Shipping & Returns
In order to bring you a choice of great products we have partnered up with a range of suppliers. As such, items in your order may be sent separately from different locations.
Shipping costs depend on the supplier sending the items you have purchased. However, we will always endeavour to give you the best deal on shipping.
For UK orders, our suppliers aim to deliver in 2 to 7 days. Where this is not the case (e.g. for suppliers that are based overseas), delivery time will be stated in the product description.
Overseas customers should allow 15 days.
We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and USA.
All orders up to 2Kg will sent by ‘Royal Mail International Signed For’ service and will require a signature on delivery.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the order must pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary greatly between countries. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.
Have you received something you want to return? No worries!
You will be able to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them. We will refund your order within 14 days of receipt of your returned items.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on:
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable products
- Pierced earrings
In the first instance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and the items you want to return. We will advise you where to return your items to and notify the relevant supplier.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage (including both delivery and return).
We recommend using the Royal Mail signed for service to return your order as we are not responsible for any items lost in the post.
